Scott Wheeler, Owner
Scott started his career as an astronaut who took 4 trips on the shuttle and was instrumental in the building of the International Space Station. After an early retirement, Scott began his career as a body builder and eventually won Mr. Universe. Tiring of that, Scott decided to swim across the Pacific Ocean which took him just 14 days! He then moved on to Pools Plus where he works tirelessly to clear up cloudy pools and to kill off really tough strains of algae.

Bryan Larocque, Operations Manager
As he walked with dust in his eyes down the long highway that is Route 66, he was confronted with a choice: Should he continue living as a drifter or pursue his calling as a glorified pool boy. Luckily for West Michigan, he chose the latter.

Marcus Moncrief, Construction Manager
Marcus was trained from the age of 6 by MI6 in England. He specialized in chemicals and their handling. After a few years of hiatus, he decided to settle down for a quiet life with a job where he could still put his skills to use.

Treyton VanWieren, Service Technician
Treyton is a legend. This is a man who knows more about pools and spas than most grizzly bears know about holding their breath underwater to catch a market-fresh salmon. Treyton walked through the doors of Pools Plus years ago with a plan- he was determined to be the best of the best. Customer satisfaction is his lunch, while hard work and dedication are his evening dinner. He doesn't have time for breakfast.

Jessica Wheeler, Inside Sales
Jessica was born a baby genius and an idiot-savant. She could read at the age of 6 weeks and was driving cars by the age of 2! After graduating from Yale at the age of 7, she decided to get another degree from Harvard! She recently published her 3rd novel, a self-help book and is considering a run for President. While she decides, she tests water and battles cloudy water here at Pools Plus!

Faith Potter, Associate
Faith Potter has always been inspired by the little mermaid princess and adored how she could clearly see all the scales on her tail while she swam through the water. One day Faith was flapping her look alike mermaid tail in her cloudy pool. As she was doing a mermaid flip she smashed her head into the side of the pool because she could not see and was rushed to the hospital. She entered into a coma where she dreamed about being under the sea with her mermaid friends. When she awoke from her coma 6 months later she had the realization that everyone needs to have clear water in their pools so they can swim fearlessly. She got a job at Pools Plus where they granted her the dream of clearing cloudy water for all the people of the pool kingdom and now she never has to worry about not being able to see the scales on her mermaid tail ever again.

Bri Hebert, Sales Associate
As a young child Brianna embarked on a career of dancing water aerobics. One day at the olympics she was striving for the gold medal, when she slipped on algae at the bottom of the pool, causing her wonderful performance to be ruined. She was determined that her ultimate goal was to work for Pools Plus to rectify that problem so that no one would ever have algae in there pool. She happily returned to the olympics and won her gold medal after being employed by Pools Plus.

Jerome Page, Holland Store Manager
You will likely recognize Jerome from ESPN8 (The Ocho). A 12-time consecutive World Champion in Double AND Triple Blindfolded Backflips, he sustained a career-ending injury and now splits his time between his two passions: Pools Plus and coaching local Blindfolded Backflip teams. Stop in for his autograph, and all of your pool supply needs!

In 1997, a meteorite crashed into Luton Park, Rockford. We found Daniel inside, holding a bottle of test strips and knew from that moment forward that he was sent here to sell pool supplies!

Erin Kasper, 29th Store Manager
Erin started at age three reading 800 page books to satisfy her thirst for knowledge and stories. At the age of ten, Erin had read her way through multiple libraries filled with books. With her nose stuck in another book, Erin found herself stumbling into Pools Plus. In under two hours, Erin had read through every manual in the store. Since then she has joined Pools Plus to help people achieve ultimate water clarity, as well as developing a list of the the top 17 spa scents.

Brian Stalter, Sales Manager
After a long career with the Detroit Tigers, Brian retired as the only left handed short stop in league and hall of fame history. His years of carrying the Tigers left him with a sore back, so he turned to hot tub and swim therapy. Brian started coming down to Pools Plus every day in his Speedo to test various hot tubs and swim laps in their pools. The employees started to complain so Brian bartered with the owner of Pools Plus to hire him and in turn, Brian started to wear more appropriate swim wear. Now, a successful pool and hot tub expert, Brian still secretly wears his Speedo under his clothes everyday.

Katelyn Potter, Associate
Katelyn was born as a beautiful baby girl, but it was quickly found out that her vision was not up to par. As she grew older, Katelyn always struggled to see things clearly and when she spent time by the family pool, she was not surprised that the water seemed cloudy just like everything else around her. One day she got special glasses to help her vision and while everything else cleared up, her vision underwater remained horrible because of the cloudiness in the pool. While she was swimming she hit her head on the floor of the pool and had to be rushed to the hospital. Once she fully recovered, she committed herself to take care of pools with cloudy water and now fulfills this calling at Pools Plus.

Presley Gilcrest, Sales Associate
Presley was at Ocean Isle Beach in North Carolina enjoying her summer and suddenly a big 12 foot shark grabbed her leg. She needed a safe haven so she moved to Michigan. She came upon pools plus, and with the clear water produced she has no fear because she can see the nail polish on her toes. Her purpose was to be employed by this great company, so that everyone's water could be this crystal clear!

As an orphan child, Chris was sent on a rocket ship from the far distant doomed planet of Pooltopia. His ship crash landed in Ohio, and it wasn't until the age of 18 that it was discovered he had the superpower of creating crystal clear water. Now he uses his powers fighting for good at Pools Plus.
